    @jermike33 I am not aware of any country where you can live without owing taxes. There may be some countries where you can, practically speaking, get away with tax fraud. But that's not exactly ethical.

    @brithulhu I'm not an expert on Belgian tax law so I can't say anything definitively, but in general you are presumed to be a tax resident once you register yourself. The EU has done a fair bit of work to prevent jurisdiction shopping which is what you're proposing to do, so it's quite unlikely...

    @leryc regarding 1: https://www.gov.uk/tax-foreign-income/residence Yes. Very very yes. The has very strict rules about who is a tax-resident, and you could conceivably end up a "tax resident" even if you live elsewhere and visit a lot.
