@downloadersam Er.. not how this math works unfortunately. 15% of their total income would be nearly 32k, which would be fine. Doing 9% on 97k is 8730 and 6% on 116k is nearly 7k. Which puts their combined effective contribution rate at a little over 7%, not 14.5%.
Also the 15-20% contribution...
