@n0bodee We just bought a house this week. The banks have already raised their fixed and variable interests so much that we had to reduce the amount we were willing to borrow for a house significantly. We were looking at the 1.2mil mark and instead bought for under 1.
@sparkydave Not OP but my mortgage is with RAMS and they didn't ask for bank statements. We originally went with St George before changing our mind and they also didn't ask for bank statements.
