    @codygm Lifeline and ACP are two separate programs, they can be used apart or together. In my area if you qualify for SNAP or Medicaid you also qualify for a special electric rate, saves about $40 a month. In NYC income under $18,072 gets half price MTA fares "Fair Fares NYC".

    @jarkody Starts in 2024 if it goes through, which it almost certainly will. The Federal government need to approve the waiver. NYS passed the change last year.

    @stlwalker Medicaid is open all year. If monthly income is under $1,732 you would qualify. Unlike the ACA plans which are based on calendar year, Medicaid is monthly based so previous months do not count against you.
