@heartnsoul19 The headline number (£3549) being shown everywhere does include VAT, and is for 2900kWh of electricity and 12000kWh of gas. The document linked by OP that outlines the cap levels doesn't include VAT and is for 3100kwh of electricity, so making the numbers all add up is a pain.

@cbmiller I assume you're using the standard credit figures, ie paying quarterly when you get a bill - is there any reason for that? Most people will be paying by direct debit so would be getting the other payment method rates. The numbers Ofgem publish also don't include VAT so you need to...
