    @kenm Yeah that's true. For loan vs pay calculations I usually assume 2-3% less returns for lumpsum vs sip to account for sequence of returns.

    @claudiaspollen Tldr; take a loan only if the effective interest rate is less than post tax returns from other investments. Isn't that common knowledge ?
