@asola How did you finally get through to a live person? When i call it says theyre getting too many phone calls and i get hung up on! Every time!

@amotz What! This cannot happen! They can't do that to you! And what about the people (like me) who call them all day everyday and NEVER get through to anyone? It always says they're receiving too many phone calls and to call back later and i get hung up on! How is everyone in this forum...
