@whistleblower1 Over half of all Americans don’t have a liquid $400 for an emergency so OP is doing better than most but still pretty bad.

@hopeforme Yes, do both. Buy a house, save for retirement, but most importantly, enjoy life and don't future trip, tomorrow is not guaranteed!
