    @resjudicata I’m screwed. But, working with good buyers agent and builders with 100% success rate mitigates this risk.

    @mnfanboy4life Agree, there is risk here. But cash in the offset can be drawn down, stage 3 tax change coming soon, and worst case we bail out of IP1 at a profit to bring finance and serviceability back for what is needed for 2 and 3.

    @antiquarian Yes. But property is hot right now. And lenders will give you 100% of what you need. You can’t do this with other assets.

    @amoskaeg This more response to yesterday’s post saying all the “pay off in 7-10 by leverage are a scam.” Yes, can see the brag element in hindsight, was not intended that way, just interested in what people thought.
