    @aamcle I called the driver that came to pick up my car and was told “don’t worry about your car, it’s fine. State Farm won’t be able to find it anyways.”

    @andiluvs To be honest, I’m not sure. Whoever answers my call and asks for my claim number is who I’ve been speaking with. I’m assuming they are just agents. But could explain to me the difference in the two?
