@turboizak Shouldn't the principal payments be treated the same as investment payments ie the $3000 per month should be treated as an expense or the principal repayments should be excluded from the expenses to compare apples with apples. I mean if you put in $3000 each month and get it back...

@loveofyhwh Yep, heaps of transactions. Honestly, Gem card is probably the best credit card I've found. Presumably if I close the card they would charge me a closure fee or something. Haven't really looked into it. This is just what has happened to me.

@loveofyhwh I opened my gem card in December. I have only been charged the establishment fee so far, so I think the first half yearly charge will be in June.
