Hi all, my wife and I are trying to buy a house atm and we found a townhouse we like. B.C wasn’t listed in the add so we looked at it, to get told by the REA that it is under B.C and that they cost upwards of 6.3k a year… I’m new to all this and I think it’s ridiculous purely based on the fact...
