@gopi007bond Thanks this is the kind of advice I'm after. Although do I need to worry about tax seeing as I'm going to lose all my money?

    100k into s&p 500

@crkodn $5 monthly fee and .25% annual management fee vs $25 buy/sell and .34% one off management fee... I'm not seeing the advantage in a timeline per 12 months. Or am i missing something/wrong in my figures

    100k into s&p 500

@amos_6eight What's the advantage of kernel over sharsies? Given the timeframes there doesn't seem to be able advantage with fees unless I'm missing something

    100k into s&p 500

@abraham1972 Risk wise I'm happy enough and optimistic about the market. Thanks for the advise about kernel, just about to do the maths and double check that sharsies fees are one off and not annual but they are the leading contenders

    100k into s&p 500

@ellygrace7 Exactly the advice I wasn't looking for. Which I thought I had stated pretty clearly... However to elaborate this is only a portion of our available cash assets which we have decided to put in a higher risk investment.

    100k into s&p 500

Have recently sold our house and are looking at putting 100k onto an s&p 500 fund until we buy again, maybe in a years time. After advice on what platform to use to do this. Have been doing my own research but it all got a bit overwhelming frankly. Currently leaning towards going with the...
