@babysonsfalling Read the offer letter, don’t just sign blindly it’s a contract after all. To answer your question, a lot of offer contracts have clause that both party can dismiss/quit before 6 months without penalty.

@ineedadvice101 Yeap if the company wants you out they really want you out. Have a colleague where the company really wants out and it’s been 3 years since he got any increment/bonus. He still haven’t resign though.
