@matthew45taylor I paid too, but I called H&R and they refunded me. Someone on a previous post mentioned it has to do with the browser you used.

@freeyourmindfromthelies Are you making sure the extra car payments is going to principal only? Those usually have to be made separate.

@tsundoku I did all that and was still charged. I called H&R and got a refund. They couldn’t explain why I had to pay because the mil tax logo was present when I was logged in.
