@anonymous I think you're right, unfortunately. At least Bermuda doesn't tax investment income... It doesn't sound like a bad place to be resident, tax or otherwise. ;)
@anonymous What country are you a tax resident of? If you can avail of a double taxation treaty, you can file form W-8BEN with your brokerage to apply the lower treaty rate (usually 15% for dividends).
