@teq I use Kucoin. They have a sliding scale for fees but max is 0.1%. That said, I only have coins on the exchange when I know I'll be trading. Anything I'm holding long term is on a Ledger

@paulinesinclair IIRC to avoid withholding tax you need capital gains, not interest/dividends/income. You're then looking at equities and not safe bets like tbills or GIC-like instruments. That said, avoiding the capital risk may be worth paying the tax on fixed income product(s)
