@csev Are they actually dividends? Or are they distributions waiting for the tax statement to be issued? That's generally the main time you would have amounts in gross, and nothing in franked/unfranked

@nathaniel You are over complicating it. Go see a mortgage broker, give them your info, and they will tell you how much you should be able to borrow. Simples .
