@seekingtreeoflife I've been in your position before and here are some very simple rules.
Have emergency fund for at least 6 months
Pay off your debts. The tax benefits on home loan are not worth the hassle. If frees your mind to be more focused.
Max your PF/PPF and other retirement fund...
