@guitarguy12 Omg thank you so much. I’m going to try this approach right away. As for required documents... I uploaded my DL and SocSec scans via the Send UIA a Message system in MiWAM. Are there any other documents I should upload first? I haven’t received a form from them in the mail yet...

@mollym8505 For real. Give it a shot. I followed directions down to the the same entry for the SSN and I got through within an hour or two of trying this method. If you don’t mind, report back here if you get it to work, just so people know it’s still a viable method.

@mspinky10 I mean, I would really hope not. Without knowing what is triggering whatever red flags there are, it’s hard to say though. Keep the replies to this post handy just in case, but hopefully they’re realizing how much of a problem this is for so many people and are refining the system...
