@inutah I have one IP and rented it since 2019. Tenants have changed like 4 or 5 times and never had any issues. I think it comes down to what type of people you're renting. Usually, the real estate agents will do thorough research on the tenants and they also provide recommendations.

@allenschwartzmd As per a friend, you'll be on a blacklist with the HR team if you stay with your current employer. I was kinda in a similar situation even though i loved my team, good relationship with manager etc. I accepted the offer from the new company.
