    @thomasroane Thanks! To be fair, most people simply know it’s too hard to predict. It wasn’t easy finding people that were willing to predict. This wasn’t really a fair assessment of the strength of knowledge in the community per se :)

    @cdykhoaphamngocthach Thanks! I know, I felt so bad reading some of these. People that made the wrong decision I.e going with a tracker instead.

    TLDR: I looked at old posts about interest rates and took reasonably upvoted predictions in some threads since 2021. As you might expect, most were confidently wrong, underestimating the rise. Possibly a product of only knowing historically low rates. Date of prediction Bank Rate at the time...
