@sod601 I know right, it wasn’t what I expected either. Though that being said until I had a house loan my legal name was never in Katakana yet I used Katakana for bank accounts and stuff 🤷‍♀️

@sod601 Cut it off, mine is missing my middle name from my etax i did. years ago and I pointed it out and they shrugged and don’t care.

@kitty63 Would you be financing alone, or split with a partner? Tax deduction can be better if you can both be repaying the loan as there are some ceilings on how much you get back Also depending on if it’s a new build there are other kickbacks I think.
