@nhacaik Looks like there may have been a misunderstanding on where to apply the /2. You don't owe taxes on assets inherited by someone else, but once you've reduced the estate to the portion inherited by yourself, you don't get to divide that amount by the number of heirs a second time.

@kristhuy Do you know of any logic behind the "income tax credit allowance multiplied by 30%" limit for residence tax credit? Limiting the credit seems contrary to the standard tax treaty goal of "avoidance of double taxation".
