@thespeedboy Judging by the formulary wording that these drugs are excluded from classic coverage, I wouldn’t hold my breath for a PA. There are different levels of rejections, an excluded drug, that’s actually called out as excluded on your drug list... the phrase “hard stop” comes to mind...
